Shipping and Delivery

HCH BBQ uses its own network of riders for order fulfillment. We try our best to deliver the order in our standard time frame of 45-70 minutes. However this may vary given the proximity of your location to our servicing branch. Other factors like peak hours and unusual traffic may also impact the delivery time.

Return and Cancellation

Order is confirmed on call by our call center after its received. Once the confirmation has been done, order cannot be cancelled or changed.

In case of unavailability, customer will be duly notified and order will be cancelled or changed as per customer’s request. Such orders paid via online payment by credit/debit cards, refunds will be processed as per the bank’s given time frame.

Terms & Conditions of Online Purchase

●Default prices mentioned are in Pakistani Rupee.
●Payment(s) made in a foreign currency will be valued at net receipts in our Pakistani Rupee Account net of any transfer fees, charges and deductions at the prevalent exchange rates.
●Prices are exclusive of any government taxes and additional charges like shipping which may apply.
●We do our best to make sure that prices are correctly shown, but in case an error occurs, we will not accept the order and the order will have to be replaced with the correct price. In case payment has already been made, the excess amount will be refunded or short amount will need to be paid.
●It is the sole discretion of HCH BBQ to change the prices without any prior notice.
●Slight variations in the food depicted in the pictures and actual order may occur as accurate depiction on monitor is possible to that extent which the photographic process reasonably allows.
●Please note that the time of delivery is the estimated time and may be influenced by peak hours or unusual traffic which will be beyond our control.
●Because of any uncertain circumstances, delivery time can be changed without any prior notice, although HCH BBQ strongly endeavors to meet its timelines.
●It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address is ready and able to accept delivery of the product.
●In case of in-accurate mailing address provided by the customer or unavailability of person to accept delivery in two attempts by the courier; no claims/refunds would be entertained.
●Payment may be made by any single one of the methods indicated at the checkout page on our website. However, we are unable to process orders with more than one method of payment.
